Sales Manager

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all sales & account management activity in a territory, including assistance in contract negotiation and closing deals Ability to articulate and effectively promote the Streamline vision and broad array of Streamline products and services
  • Maintain a high level technical understanding of Streamline’s products, services, and provision mechanisms
  • Ability to launch and grow sales to a market
  • Ability to bring customers on as partners in the definition and development of the sales process
  • Ability to identify key formal and informal leaders in a region, and structure their collaboration in the sales process
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans for increasing sales and improving marketing to support those sales initiatives
  • Responsible for tailoring sales aids to territory (language, culture, client types)
  • Regular communication with Streamline executives, regional partners, and others involved in the sales process
  • Generation of sales forecasts for a region
  • Responsible for meeting sales and revenue targets in the territory
  • Coach/mentor for sales team as needed
  • Assist in identifying regional conferences or events that would add value to the sales process
  • Responsible for identifying and sizing of all opportunities, including strategic opportunities, within the region
  • Responsible for understanding regional competitors
  • Responsible for written business proposals in response to Requests for Proposal, and potential working with RFP writers, sales engineers, or other team members
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience
  • Consultative Sales or Solution Selling experience
  • Established network of clients
  • Previously responsible for managing a region/territory
  • Previously responsible for managing a sales team
  • Experience with international business and considerations
  • Expert knowledge of/willingness to learn about key industries
Electrical Engineer (Consumer Electronics, Equipment and Instruments)

Responsibilities
  • Reverse engineering and new products and machinery design, specifications and development
  • Independently manage, coordinate and supervise product design and development projects
  • Preparations of drawings and building plans and procedures
  • Supervision of local product manufacturers and parts suppliers, production management, testing and quality control
Qualifications
  • College graduate with related major
  • At least 5-6 years of experience designing and building products and machinery in Consumer Electronics, Equipment and Instruments industries
  • Knowledge and connections in local electronics manufacturing industry
Product Designer (Structural Design)

Responsibilities
  • Reverse engineering and new products and machinery design, specification and development
  • Independently manage, coordinate and supervise engineering, product and prototype development projects
  • Preparations of drawings and building plans and procedures
Qualifications
  • College graduate with related major and at least 3-4 years of related working experience
  • Proficiency in CAD, ProE, UG and other design programs
  • Excellent creative and communication skills
QC Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Independently handle QC inspections, sample approval and factory audits
  • Assist suppliers to improve all their processes including sourcing, design, production, and testing
  • Reporting & communication
  • Report directly to the QC Manager
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of related working experience in foreign buying office / trading company; manufacturing background is a plus
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking
  • Willing to travel extensively and work under pressure
Merchandiser

Responsibilities:
  • Vendor/product identification and evaluation
  • Independent merchandising projects and account management
  • Evaluation and negotiation of vendor quotes necessitating knowledge of raw materials, production processes, technological issues and manufacturing costs
  • Manage the whole product and sample development cycle and production process including prototype creation and approval, preproduction sample completion and mass production, timely shipment and payment
  • Continual monitoring and implementation of corrective actions to vendors’ sampling and production processes.
Qualifications:
  • College graduate with related major
  • 4-5 years of solid merchandising experience; familiarity with import/export procedures including L/C payments, shipping documents, production management, quality control, logistics, etc.; Manufacturing background is a plus
  • Ability to travel
